Bella Akhagba is the Founder/CEO of Bella Foundation for Child and Maternal Care who is passionate about Youth and Women Development. Former Regional Coordinator for West Africa of the African Regional Youth Initiative and the Nigeria representative for the Network of Adolescents and Youth of Africa. Worked with the World Bank Agency as a Gender Specialist to mainstream gender into Community and Social Development Projects and Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria as a Program Officer for Gender, Youth and Behavior Change Communication.
A Gender Equity Fellow for Rise Up Together and a former member of the Beijing+25 Advisory working Group.
She won the 2021 African Change Makers Women Advancement Award and hold a Master’s degree in Management Science.
